Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days of receipt of item along with an additional 20% restocking fee. After 7 days and up to 30 days, you may receive store credit or exchange. All items must be in it’s original new condition. All sales are final on all discounted items and special orders. All products purchased from jimdoodyartgallery and shipped via TWGs contracted carriers are insured through their delivery. Risk of loss and damage for purchased products pass along to you upon delivery.
If a purchased product is lost during shipment, we will replace with a similar item, dictated by the insurance claim.

PAYMENT METHODS
Insurance in included in all shipping orders up to $25,000. An additional fee may be incurred for orders over $25,000.
Shipping items such as Fine Art is calculated on an individual basis for each order based on the unique size, weights, delivery requirements and location. You will be contacted after the purchase of these large and/or heavy items with exact shipping charges. Since most of our items are unique, one-of-a-kind works of art, we take great pride in assuring that a personal touch is involved in making sure your purchases arrive perfect.
For any post-purchase shipping calculations, you will be contacted within two business days to confirm your order and find out if you have any special shipping requirements.
Your order will ship within 5 – 10 business days. Out of stock items can take up to 6 weeks.
